AIRE runs entirely on the energy and commitment of community volunteers. Whether you can give a few hours at an event or want to take on a more active role in one of our committees, your time makes a real difference in rural Central Pennsylvania.

Ways to Volunteer

• Event setup, logistics, and staffing at Pride and community events
• Tabling and outreach at community gatherings
• Photography and social media support
• Administrative and behind-the-scenes support
• Committee membership with the Pride, CARA, or Executive committees

What to Expect

All volunteers are expected to uphold AIRE's values of inclusion, respect, and equity in all interactions. We welcome people of all backgrounds, identities, and experience levels. No prior experience is necessary -- just a willingness to show up and help build community.
